Flames Volleyball Summer Training Program
Train with purpose this summer.
Flames Volleyball is bringing a high-performance, university-level training environment to Burlington, led by current U SPORTS athletes and elite guest coaches.
This isn’t your typical camp.
This is game-speed reps, real-time feedback, and next-level expectations, built for athletes ready to compete.
Real Training. Real Reps. Real Progress.
Through high-repetition training, small-group coaching, and game-speed execution, athletes will refine their skills, move more efficiently, and learn how to perform under pressure.
